CONTENT CREATOR - AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk

STATUS: PAID SEASONAL PART-TIME
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk is a multi-sport complex that includes an NHL-regulated sized ice
rink, 8 basketball courts (convertible to 16 volleyball/pickleball courts), a 40,000 sq. ft. turf field, locker
rooms, training area, café, bar and grill, and more. The family entertainment center, Hawk's Outpost, is
home to arcade games, bowling, laser tag, an esports center, sports simulators, and a roll glider. The
sports park is also home to several sports clubs and teams, including the University of Kansas Hockey
Club Team.
INTERNSHIP SUMMARY:
The Content Creator Intern will assist with creating engaging content that will go on AdventHealth Sports
Park at Bluhawk's social media channels, website, and other digital platforms.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Capture photo and video content to be shared on the AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk
website, social media channels, newsletter, and other digital platforms.
● Create and post engaging social media content to all of the AdventHealth Sports Park at
Bluhawk's social media channels.
● Work and collaborate with a team to generate content to tell the story of AdventHealth Sports
Park at Bluhawk, its programs, events, venue offerings, and more.
● Report on engagement, analytics, and the impact of content that is being created and posted.
● Complete other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Coordinator of AdventHealth Sports Park at
Bluhawk

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
● Must be a Junior or Senior in College
● Must be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Journalism, or a similar degree.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
● Portfolio with examples of work is strongly encouraged.
