Responsibilities:
The Accounting Assistant Analyst is a key contributor to the periodic and quarterly reporting process for Bottling COGS. This role participates in creating the periodic Cause of Change, Commodities reporting, Profit in Inventory (PII), Inventory Reserves, ad-hoc analysis, and process improvement projects.
- Prepare period end journal entries
- Prepare periodic analytics
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
- Pull items needed for auditors
- Analyze PPV accounts and provide explanations
- Prepare periodic balance sheet review commentary
- Partner cross functionally to ensure waste is accrued for and establish reserves as needed
- Special projects as needed
Compensation and Benefits: - The expected compensation range for this position is between $65,300 - $101,850.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting required and 1-2 years of related experience preferred
- Experience with enterprise financial systems SAP, HFM and Smart View experience a plus
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite. Advanced MS Excel knowledge, i.e., use of VLOOKUP or INDEX, logical statements, pivot tables
- Tableau training a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- A proven ability to work well in a team environment across functions and interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills
