Superintendent Opportunity -SAN ANTONIO Commercial Construction NO TRAVEL REQUIRED.

Ready to join a stellar team at a well-established General Contractor ? This dynamic company is on the lookout for a talented Superintendent to help deliver amazing projects in 2025 ! From schools and office buildings to higher education, federal facilities, hospitals , and medical labs , you'll be working on some of the most exciting and impactful projects in the region!

What You'll Be Doing:

* Overseeing the construction of multiple commercial projects .
* Making sure the on-site work is on track with schedules and budgets.
* Being the go-to communicator for the Project Manager and Owner .
* Leading and motivating subcontractor teams to deliver quality work .

What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years of experience in construction supervision .
* A strong local network of subcontractors (bonus points if you know everyone!).
* A true leader with top-notch organizational skills .
