Staff Management Group is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for our client in Randolph, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4PM or...
• 2nd Shift: 4PM - 12:30AM
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $18 / hour 

Job Summary:

The Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating a stand-up reach forklift to move, stack, and organize inventory in the warehouse. This role plays a key part in supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient material handling.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up reach forklift to transport, retrieve, and store materials.
• Load and unload pallets from racks and staging areas safely and efficiently.
• Follow warehouse procedures for inventory handling and storage.
• Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Support inventory accuracy by following pick, put-away, and replenishment processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily operational goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a stand-up reach truck.
• Must be able to follow safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
