The Amazon Buy with Prime Experience team is looking for an experienced product manager to help merchants integrate Buy With Prime into their [off-Amazon] shopper experiences.
We are looking for experienced, driven and entrepreneurial Principal Product Manager - Technical (PMT) to help accelerate the product development and business growth of Buy with Prime. As a Principal PMT on our team you will lead product strategy, turning customer insights and feedback into plans that accelerate delivery of the right product for our customers. You will work directly with dedicated engineering teams and senior leadership to drive product development for customer-facing products, influencing fundamental technical design decisions, product roadmap, customer segmentation and long-term strategy.
Our ideal teammate will possess a strong product management background, have experience leading large-scale technical products that enable developers. You are naturally curious, data-driven and entrepreneurial as you take end-to-end ownership for your product. Key job responsibilities
• Partner with enterprise and lighthouse merchants to design and implement best-in-class off-Amazon solutions across multiple sales channels.
• Develop deep expertise in both merchant and Amazon technology systems and supply chain processes. Collaborate strategically with engineering partners and cross-functional teams to support long-term technology initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with Product Managers and engineering teams, both within and outside the immediate organization, to solve complex customer challenges effectively.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive playbook that establishes scalable working models for enterprise implementations.
• Drive the vision for exceptional end-to-end customer experiences. Develop and champion strategic roadmaps that include feature enhancements designed to ensure merchant success.
• Collaborate with UX designers, support teams, sales & marketing, and finance departments to identify pain points and opportunities. Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize improvements, resolve dependencies, and remove blockers while optimizing impact against engineering costs.
• Establish and monitor key success metrics for features and services. Conduct data-driven analysis to track performance, investigate issues, and identify emerging trends and patterns.

MCF represents the core fulfillment capability of Buy with Prime (BwP), a new business initiative for Amazon.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
